Office Information: About Your Visit
 Insurance Information:
We accept most major insurance plans.
Appointments:
We will make every effort to see all patients at their scheduled appointment time or as closely as possible; however, there may be times when emergencies must be worked into the day and delays may occur. We respect your time and in the event that a delay may be extreme, our office may call and ask you to reschedule as promptly as possible. If you cannot make your appointment time, please contact our offices as soon as possible so that we can notify other waiting patients.
Fees & Payments:
We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical
care. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all office services at
the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept
cash, checks and credit cards for your convenience. If we are
a participating provider of your insurance company, we will bill them. However,
payment is the patient's responsibility. We will help in any way we can to assist
you in handling claims.
Telephone Calls:
Please feel free to contact our office as questions arise concerning your medical condition, medication, treatment, or cast. Our nurse and surgeon's assistants will handle your medical problems and questions. If the problem is complex, it will be discussed with your surgeon, and your concerns and questions will be answered in a timely manner.
Prescriptions & Renewals:
Please request all prescriptions and authorizations for renewals
during regular office hours when our full records are available.
Renewals requested at other times will be filled only for extreme or emergent
circumstances.
